Katherine Rielly-Gauvin
VP, Sales & Marketing at Janssen Pharmaceuticals

 

Katie brings more than 20 years of a broad range of business experiences in the pharmaceutical industry. Katie is currently Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Janssen, L.P. where she is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for RISPERDAL®, RISPERDAL® CONSTA™ as well as INVEGA™ and pre-launch plans for Paliperidone Palmitate, a long-acting injectable in development for the treatment of schizophrenia.

She is also a member of the Janssen management board and is an outside board member of the Family Guidance Center.

Katie joined Johnson & Johnson in 1993 where she worked as Manager of Infectious Disease Research at Ortho-McNeil. During her tenure at Ortho-McNeil, Katie held positions of increasing responsibility in Medical Affairs, Marketing and Sales Management. Additionally, during her tenure at J&J, Katie served as Vice President, Global Strategic Marketing, responsible for the worldwide strategic marketing efforts for the antipsychotic portfolio.

Prior to joining J&J, Katie began her career with Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Research Scientist in both domestic and international clinical drug development.

Katie graduated from Simmons College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and an MBA in Economics from Rutgers University. She resides in Solebury, PA with her husband and two children.
