WHW’s Help-Line is a free confidential counseling, information and referral service. The Help-Line provides a valuable resource where women, teens and girls can find the emotional support of an objective listener and a personal connection to our other programs and services. The Help-Line also serves as a community resource, providing appropriate referrals to meet specific needs.

By calling 732-549-6000 callers can speak to a counselor who is caring and understanding and who can connect them to the information and services they need. In addition to the telephone Help-Line, WHW also provides Help-Line services via email (helpline@whwnj.com).

While not a crisis service, the phone and email Help-Line are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is live coverage on the phones Monday through Thursday from 9am to 9pm with call back coverage at other times.
